Boy, I want my own iGirl !

Don’t fret if your new iPhone isn’t a chick magnet, now you can have your very own chick in your iPhone! I’m talking about the new iGirl application built for the masses of iPhone addicts. According to TechCrunch this app generates a female avatar who lives in your iPhone but unlike static avatars, this one dances, prances and speaks any language you want! You can customize how she looks including her name, her clothes, hair color, language and ethnicity.
Don’t get me wrong, this app is cute and all but it’s hardly a Tamagotchi-like pet that requires more interaction between owner and er “pet”. It costs a measly $1.99 and I’m waiting for a Japanese developer to come up with a BETTER version of iGirl. The question is, will Apple let them?
